I have seen, that all strings for German are already translated.
But I didn't find any language resources for "www.torproject.org".
Wouldn't it be desirable or eligible to translate also the homepage of
torproject?
Once a translation of a special language is ready, you can offer one of
those language-buttons at the top of the page, so you will be linked to
"https://www.torproject.org/index.html.de"; or something like that.
