Hi Israel,
I installed volumeicon-alsa, logged out, logged in, but no Volume or Battery
panel icons again. Note they are present when first desktop appears after
booting; they just disappear after logging out and logging back in again.
Attached is the ~/.starttorios.log.
I'm assuming this is not just a testing in VB problem. Can you or Nio
reproduce it?

Ok thanks Jack I will look into the trash issue, I mostly concentrated my
efforts to bring the app menu up to par.
I am saddened that the volume/battery icons do not work well. I may have to
rework some things. Could you try installing volumeicon-alsa to see if those
issues go away? Send your ~/.starttorios.log again when the volume icon fails.

Only just got round to looking at this version but thanks to Nio, I see we have
some things for you to work on.
Live session observations:
1) Clicking on Trash from Places drop down menu does nothing; clicking on Trash
desktop icon works and so does clicking on Trash/Rubbish Bin from within
PCManFM.
2) Just to confirm Nio's finding that Shutdown from Live Menu does nowt (Olde
English term) lol Using desktop Shutdown icon works okay.
