To be able to write e.g.
String parseDtd = conf.getString("dtd", DTDResolver.WEB_SITE_DTD);
Or do we have this constant somewhere else? Personally I'd prefer
Torque.DTD as constant over the (a little obscured) value in DTDResolver.
