Builds and Tests run fine with "mvn clean verify site“ (but not with "mvn clean 
verify site site:stage“) using

Remarks (non blocking):
- The JDepend report complains about "Unknown constant: 18" Perhaps the plug 
needs an update?
- The PMD report complains about deprecated and misconfigured rules 
- Some of the tests run with DEBUG or TRACE logging on. Should we consider 
stopping to log to the console?
- The Javadoc report logs a bunch of stuff to the console. IMO that should be
