I just noticed today that if I installed tortoisehg via py2exe binary (I've been installing via source all these time), the visual diff tool (kdiff3 in this case) would be opened through a cmd.exe window. I am wondering if everyone has seen this issue, as I don't recall seeing a report on the mailing list or SF tracker on this.
I am one step away from releasing 0.4rc3.
