Assuming you've already had setup for installing Mercurial itself, you
should only need to install Qt support (for Qct) and svn binding for
python. I will see if I can summarize the installation procedure
later.

BTW, didn't you already have the instruction outlined sometime earlier?

It depends on what need to be done. In many case, conflict resolution
will take up the most time.
