I'll assume that setup.py is ok for this.
I have started a patch queue on bitbucket for this. Presently it is empty,
but it will slowly grow as I transfer my experiments here. I will describe
the ideas in more detail in the wiki for the patch queue.
As always, don't expect results too soon. When it is ready for testing I
will mail again on tortoisehg-develop.
