Summary: "Create Repository Here" problem

Initial Comment:
When I right-click over a file (e.g. "/path/to/file.ext") in non-versioned
directory and choose "Create Repository Here",
TortoiseHg tries to create the repository inside "filename.ext" (and even asks
"Create Hg repository in "/path/to/file.ext") - and, of course, fails.

Can you please change the behaviour of this command, to create repository in
the directory containing this file - e.g. "/path/to" (which seems to be a
better default value)?

Message:
FYI, I've pushed a fix to crew to create the repo in the /path/to/
directory, as changeset 5313a09bdd5f. Thanks.

Message:
This is pretty much a known bug. Currently the context menu doesn't adapt
to the context of the selected object. It's our plan to make it more
intelligent eventually.
