Ok, since I'm really just << 0.1 developer resource (more like 0.01) this
will take some time.

My first attempt has been uploaded now, but beware -- it has not been
tested.

I plan to write a small recipe for building which includes at least an
installation test.
I would also like to script as much as possible of this recipe in a setup.py
in thg-installer, as a preparation for a real setup.py in tortoisehg.

Problems should be reported on this list.

I'm not sure which repos to use for the code. The present build uses stable
repositories only. I imagine that an experimental installer might be
interesting from time to time, drawing upon thg-crew-steve,
mercurial-unstable, parren repo, whatever.

Using stable repos has the benefit of an extra layer of testing, but the
disadvantage of longer delay for new features.
