Description:
  Here is another Russian file names issue. This time I have a screen shot and 
the repository bundle. 

If you rename a file with non-ascii characters it is not displayed correctly in 
the rename guess dialog. It still works correctly and the results are displayed 
correctly in the commit dialog.

The bundle and screenshot are in the attached zip archive (could not find a way 
to attach mutliple files.
