I would but this is problematic on Vista.  A normal user does not have
permission to edit files inside the TortoiseHg install directory, which
is where the theme selection currently takes place.

I would like to have a general solution for this, but it will likely
have to wait till the next release.  For 0.7, I plan to tweak the
default theme as little as possible to make it work on Vista and XP.
