New issue 37: investigate use of mercurial.demandload
http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/37/investigate-use-of-mercurialdemandload

Description:
I suspect that the reason our dialogs take so long to startup is we do not
use demand load like the hg script does. Since our binary installers include
svn-python and all the email packages, this can make things quite slow (and
bloat memory).

We should try this in hgtk first and see if it works, and how much it helps.
If that's successful, we should do the same for the shell integrations.
