  This patch enables demandimport in hgtk.  It seems to work on Linux, but I 
don't notice a large difference (start times are always pretty quick on Linux). 
 I put this here so others can experiment with it.  Note that we must import 
gtk before enabling demandimport because it breaks on gtk.
