The patches
- ignore-icon.txt
- detect_rename-icon.txt
- shelve-icon.txt
contain three icons that was made in a bit of a hurry. I haven't tested
them, so there is probably room for improvement. Any feedback welcome.
There is no icon for "known rename" - when you select one file the context
menu has a special icon for this case.
