I am using Debian Testing here. The following packages you mentioned are
installed:
* python 2.5.4
* PyGtk 2.12.1
* libgtk 2.14.7
* hg 1.2
The libpixbufloader-ico.so is also located at the path you specified.
I did some more searching and found the following bug which relates to the same
problem with a different application ('Gourmet'). However, the bug report does
not specify an ideal solution. However, the bug reporter is using Debian
Testing as well so it looks like it is an issue with Debian Testing.
