Hi Steve,

I can now report you 2 additional information.

First, I found this problem happens on repositories
which path include Japanese character.
The error doesn't happen on repositories
which path has only ascii character.

Second, in the Ignore filter dialog,
normally, "Fillters" list updates immediately after
pushing "add" button.
But "Filters" list doesn't refresh automatically
when pushing "add" button on non-ascii path repositories.
This happens on adding not only Japanese file,
but also ascii file name.
And this happens only on repositories including
Japanese character.
In ascii only repository, updating list 
works well even if adding Japanese file.
