Issue 158: Clicking on a file in ChangeLog should *always* open Diff tool http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/158/clicking-on-a-file-in-changelog-should-always-open-diff
Steve Borho / sborho on Mon, 13 Apr 2009 02:54:06 +0200: Comment: I might have spoken too soon about kdiff3, as what we need to show is basically the reverse of what one normally shows for a merge. This means the merge configuration is probably not useful, which also means that this would require a third separate configuration for your difftool. And this configuration won't be useful for any normal Mercurial operation. I'll probably still add this, as I think it will be quite useful, but it'll be more involved than I feared. Last I looked, Meld was too closely integrated into Gnome to be Windows portable. Diffuse is another option, but is not as mature as meld. Tighter diff tool integration isn't on my road map for 0.8, however. -- This is an issue notification from bitbucket.org.
