  I might have spoken too soon about kdiff3, as what we need to show is 
basically the reverse of what one normally shows for a merge.  This means the 
merge configuration is probably not useful, which also means that this would 
require a third separate configuration for your difftool.  And this 
configuration won't be useful for any normal Mercurial operation.  I'll 
probably still add this, as I think it will be quite useful, but it'll be more 
involved than I feared.

Last I looked, Meld was too closely integrated into Gnome to be Windows 
portable.  Diffuse is another option, but is not as mature as meld.  Tighter 
diff tool integration isn't on my road map for 0.8, however.
