it's not automated at the moment. I planned to do something like this:

hg update TAG
python setup.py --version
hg archive ..\thg-TAG
cp hggtk\__version__.py ..\thg-TAG\hggtk
tar czvf thg-TAG.tar.gz ..\thg-TAG
}}}
But we should probably just fix the sdist target
