One attachement is named "thg_menus_nonrepo.gif" and the other is named "THgShell.rar". I opened the attachment "thg_menus_nonrepo.gif" and I am seeing the context submenu for a non-repo repository. But -- guess what -- the entries are in the order: "Clone a Repository", "Create Repository Here", "Global Settings", "Update Icons", Separator, "About...". The picture of thg_menus_nonrepo.gif is perfect and as it should be. Also the icons are correct. Fabian, this is not what you said! You said you "see" the order clone/create/update icons/global settings/about. Now, can you explain this discrepancy?
