But even if the order for non-repo foders is right, i cant click any of the
menus. nothing happens...
example: a click on global settings has the following debug output, but no
dialog opens.

executing "hgtk userconf" from the command line works fine...

So: outside a repo no command menu works; Inside a repo i can open dialogs, but
the wrong ones pop up (like described before)...
