It's always been the default to send notifications. What has changed is I've added [email protected] to the sender list for this mailing list. Before that changed our list was bouncing these e-mails back to BitBucket. Long story, but we had to make the tortoisehg account's email address point to the thg-dev mailing list in order to get issue emails and others sent here. Hopefully we'll be able to be more selective in the future about which notifications get sent here.
