Scenario as follows: 1) Right click on a folder in explorer 2) After 1s max. popup pops up 3) Left click on /TortoiseHg/View ChangLog 4) 7-10s pause 5) Dialog comes up Same holds for "Synchronize" and "Web Server"! Well, actually not quite, now that I tested it again and again I might bring the time for point 4 down to 3-4 s at times... "Update to revision" was there in about 1-2s, so faster than the other. Wonder whether that might tell a developer something about where the cause might be hidden.
