Nightly builds aren't being built right now, but it is likely to start
up again soon.
Matt Mackall has stated he would like to see nightly builds before 1.3.2 is
released, and I would like to build 0.8.2 on an hg-1.3.2, since there are some
Windows specific bug fixes on hg-stable.

Unfortunately, nightly builds are getting progressively more difficult
to create,
thg-installer needs quite a bit of work.
