I've started a rewrite of the installer here: http://bitbucket.org/sborho/thg-winbuild It will be subrepo based, instead of forest, and the repository count has shrunk to just four: hg, hg-stable, thg-stable, and asciidoc. Asciidoc will be removed after hg-1.3, since it is not used on the tip of hg anymore.
