Ok, you're in Repos Explorer. Try pressing the 'data mine' button, and you can 
type a search string.

 

The context menu (another way in) is available in Windows Explorer:

- Move to inside your working copy

- Right click, and move to the 'TortoiseHg' menu

- Select 'Search history'
