No problem. If you want to search a specific file spec, just use the 'include' 
field but remember it's unix-esque syntax. ie if the repos root is:

 

c:\projects\project1

 

and you want to search

 

c:\projects\project1\db\update scripts

 

the include syntax you need is:

 

db/update scripts

 

(slashes the other way round)
