Distributed does not imply global write access.  Distributed means
everyone has the same permissions and features on their local clones.
Write access to the "official" repository is still controlled.  No
software project could survive for long otherwise.

If you don't want to post patches, post a clone of your development
repo to bitbucket or somewhere else so one of the thg devs can review
and pull.
