We also don't support amend in 2.7, but it is likely to be supported in
2.7.1.
Poking around in mq.py; I think it will eventually be possible to include
support for qrefresh and qnew. But it will require some effort for both
and I don't know when I will have time to do so. It appears most of the
complexity will be on the TortoiseHg side of things. It may also mostly
kill off the MQ tab since supporting partial commit there would be
substantially more work.
