Thx. This is so much more useful than TortoiseHg > Tortoise Synchronize 
 > Detect Outgoing Changes (which is what I was using).

So now I can easily inspect each diffset one at a time. This is pretty 
close, but normally, I like to see a comparison between the latest 
version in my local repository, and the latest version in the remote 
repository. In other words, I'm usually only interested in the 
CUMULATIVE effect of all the diffsets.

Is there a way to get that or do I have no choice but to inspect each 
diffset separately?
