Hello, I have a problem. Sometimes when I show changes on log messages dialog, I got an error: "Unable to connect to a repository at URL". It can be reproduced with repository which name is Chinese(e.g. "测试"), and the path of file contains Chinese character(e.g. "/trunk/中文.txt" reports error, "/trunk/en.txt" is ok). Full path in my test is "https://serversvn/svn/测试/trunk/中文.txt";. Reported error is "Access to '/svn/%25E6%25B5%258B%25E8%25AF%2595/trunk/%E4%B8%AD%E6%96%87.txt' forbidden". It seems that escape the name of repository twice. I test it on Win10 with TortoiseSVN 1.9.5 X64 / *1.11.0 X64 version*, have the problem. And 1.9.4 X64 not have the problem. Is it a bug? Thanks.
