In Flare the url that appears (on the Flare > settings panel for source control) for all disconnected projects is \\[*5 > characters*]\Software\Documentation\Repository). > The fully operational project indicates another url > (Z:\Software\Documentation\Repository). > > I've tried different urls following the advice of IT, but the results > don't change. I have no idea what Madcap Flare is (a quick search gave a content authoring software but I'm uncertain how that connect to a Suvbersion client). Can you explain a little bit more to give some context on what you are trying to achieve? If there is a difference in the URLs between the working project and the non-working projects, that that would be my first thing to check. I assume the [5 characters] is a computer name - does that computer still exist or is it replaced with a new one (and in that case can you replace the computer name with the new name)? Is there a share named "Software" on the new computer? Is Z: a local drive or a mapped network drive? If it is a mapped network drive, where is it mapped? Does it make sense to replace \\[5 characters] with Z:? Hope this gives you a few ideas.
