Hi Guys,
Sorry, I couldn't join you at the meeting. Below is a quick update

- On my part, I have been trying to get an approval from the HoD/Dean on the
refreshments/dinner. We will be discussing it tomorrow at the staff meeting,
and I will send you an update as soon as I have a word on it.

@Mel: Any new application? I reminded my colleagues to apply. Have they? I
am still sending out and pasting the flyer on notice boards here.

- I am not too sure if the network guys here will open the necessary ports
for us. But I have made an alternative arrangement.

- I also contacted the university PR. Did Kara get an email from them?

@Mel: I am very much available to chat with you tomorrow. Let me know if
need be.

Regards,
Michael.
