No new applications yet - this is the most important thing right now.

Ok, sounds good - as long as we can get access to those ports somehow, 
we're set. It's incredibly vital that we be able to ssh and get on IRC; 
the entire week is going to be online in the community, and that's how 
we're going to be in touch with them - but it sounds like you're on top 
of things. :)

Not sure, I just sent Kara an email asking if they'd gotten in touch 
with her, and cc'd you.

Ok - I can do anytime tomorrow before 10am EDT (I believe that's 4pm for 
you, Michael) - just let me know. Preferably not before noon your time,
