Judging from what I've seen here so far, I'm the only
one who has problems with that whole pilfered poetry
bit from The Communicator (the whole
history/mystery/etc. bit). I don't like it as
borrowed text, think it doesn't fits thematically with
the song (why stick this into the wild ska song?) and
find the last line of it REALLY awkward in the flow of
lyrics. Not to mention that it strikes me as as
cloyingly saccharine as a greeting card, Reader's
Digest or The Family Circus. But that's just me--love
the rest of the album, yes, including 4am (no need to
pick on it).
