I don't actually hear 54-56 specifically in there, but Andy's list of
songs with a similar feel all fit in to that very nice rhythm commonly
associated with the term "skinhead reggae." It's a great rhythm, very
big around 68-70 in Jamaican music and extremely popular in the
dancehalls of working class England at the time, hence the "skinhead
reggae" term.
