If only triple J were supporting the new album! I listen to triple J every day, they gave Lovestruck a bit of airplay which was nice. Then for JTH had it listed on their website on their "hitlist" for a couple of weeks, which I assume implies they play it once in each shift. During this time I heard it played only once on the request shift! It is so sad living in a country where the radio programmers are so unenlightened and the reviewers are obviously eager to categorise Madness as hacks that have made a half assed attempt at coming back for the money!!! Well so what if they did?! At least the fans get fantastic new material to get excited about! On another note is BMA available in Perth - can't say that I have ever heard of it, and I would like to read any interviews that are included in upcoming issues! Ruza >Well rest assured... there is at least one really favourable review of >Wonderful in the Australian press... in bma (a little bit of self promotion >never hurt anyone)... and there should be a bit more press soon as >interviews >are in the process of being organised... And I am doing everything I >possibly >can to spread the word about just how good the CD is... Hopefully with some >press, more people will know about the release. Triple J seem to be the >only >station supporting it so far and I think it has a wider appeal (esp. >amongst >the 30 something audience who've drifted into the mainstream). Of course >if >they tour it will make a huge difference (look what it's done for Blink and >Offspring) and with shows like The Panel and GNW nightlite (and the 10.30 >slot >to a lesser degree) making the mainstream audience accesible, the sky's the >limit. The problem at the moment is that nobody knows the CD has been >released >so in that fact at least, the review in The Sunday Telegraph (which has a >pretty large readership) is a good thing!!! >-- >Trace > ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com - ______________________________________________________________ Visit the Total Madness Mailing List website for: latest news, madmeet info, list charter, games, and more ... http://members.xoom.com/totalmadmail/ Contact the TMML Moderators at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, send an e-mail to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] and in the message body put: unsubscribe total-madness
