Hi All,
As you all know by now the new Madness box set "The Lot" came out today.
So here is my review of it and remember, as always, you can take it or you
can leave it.
Madness - "The Lot"
In a word great!
Everything about this box set has a feel of class to it.
The actual box itself looks like "The Business" except the background is
black instead of white.
The booklet that comes with it is packed full of pictures and quotes form
the band.
The sleeves the CD's come in are like "Universal Madness".
They all have different covers from the orginals and each case contain's two
of the six albums.
The first CD contains "One Step Beyond" & "Absoultley" and Carl & Mike on
the front form the "My Girl video,
the second CD contains "Seven" & "The Rise And Fall" and has Suggs on the
fornt forn the "Driving In My Car" video.
and the third CD contains "Keep Moving" & "Mad Not Mad" and Lee on the cover
from the "Uncle Sam" video.
All the videos are great looking too.
All in all a great Madness package for true Madness fans.
However I only found it in one shop down the town and that was the indepent
record shop.
Does this mean more limited distriubtion for yet another Madness realese.
I for one hope not.
