Aloha!
Well, here it is, the end of November, and the
pressure's on! ;-) Here's my list for today (tho' it
keeps changing)...
1. Saturday Night, Sunday Morning - I've always
loved this song, and it's message, from the first time
I heard it. It's even better on the 'Wonderful' album
than before.
2. Elysium - As has been pointed out before, this
song is sheer class.
3. Lovestruck - I thought it was brilliant in New
York, and made an excellent single choice.
4. Drip Fed Fred - Very English, and verrrrry
Madness!
5. The Communicator - It has a good beat, and you
can dance to it... a very fun song.
There's not a bad song on the album. I think if it
had been released in the US, it might have stood a
chance, as musical tastes have changed here since the
80s. Guess we'll never get the chance to find out.
Everyone I know who's heard it agrees that it is,
indeed, WONDERFUL.
Nut nut nutty,
Stephie
