I'm using my college computers for once, and I have just found 1161
new messages for me from the mailing list. I bought the Madstock DVD
on Monday, as soon as it came out (I wanted to see my ugly mug on
DVD, even though I'd seen it on TV a couple of weeks earlier)
The answer to your question is that it is region free - it can be
played on any player. I don't know if you've ever seen it, in any
form before, but it is pretty cool, even if it is also stlg20. It is 75
minutes long, but as of yet, I haven't had a chance to watch the
whole thing, so I don't know if it's got all the VH1 interviews on
it, or the encore etc. but as far as I can tell, there's a 10 - 15
minute intro, with interviews etc. then the gig. But that leaves 1
hour of gig, when we know it was longer than that.
Did you get that Sister of Mercy video ok? I sent it a couple of
weeks ago, so you should have it by now.
Also, have you seen Dogma yet, and if so, what did you think of it?
It comes out on Boxing Day over here, so I will be there straight
away to see it. I got my US DVD of Clerks last week, and I will be
getting my Mallrats next week. Great fun, I love the comentaries, the
are so interesting and funny!
