last saturday i had the
pleasure (it was good) to visit the Millennium Dome.
The Faith
Zone comprises the low-down on a number of Christian religions. At the end
of the zone you are able to record on a piece of paper your own hopes for the
next millennium. world
peace and all that _ollocks.
all the papers will be
locked away untouched for 50 years, then they will be put on display as a
nationnal archive.
i thought 'let everyone
else hope for world peace, an end to war etc' - my wish for the next millennium
was for Madness to top the charts once more.
that millennium wish is
now entombed in the dome papers - and in 50 years it will be revealed for the
world to see.
tis good to know that in
50 years, someone (perhaps even me) will read that note, and remember the nutty
boys of old - looking forward to Madstock 34!!!
