Yep, they even have Madness in South Africa, thanx to my mate from over there, here is a review from the Cape Argus newspaper Music Album Review column:
 
Wonderful Madness - Madness

The plink plonk of keyboards and saxophone must be
Madness - in 1999?
Uh-huh. And what changed? All 11 of the titles and all
the waistlines.
  Apart from that they are still crazy old Madness:
joke-like lyrics, sound effects, boppy get up and
dance music, and also, as in Madness, quirky little
love songs thrown in between. If you don't know this
band then ( where have you been? ) this is not a bad
introduction that just might have you searching for
old Madness music.
  If you always have been a fan then you have a idea
of what you're in for.
