I saw another band called Badness, and they did mostly Madness, but
also some Bad Manners, Specials etc. They were actually very good. I
mean, the singer didn't sound like Suggs, and I think they were without a
sax (I don't remember too well, as it was a while ago) but they could play
and sing very well, and opverall gave a good peformance. I think my review
of it appeared in one of the early MIS mails - November edition as I recall.
Anyway, if they pop up near you i should think they'll be worth a look.
Also, I don't remember if my message got through about my displeasure
at not being able to see One Step Behind on Saturday at the
Walthamstow Standard, but arrangements have changed and I might be
able to go along, so whoever it was that said they're going please get in
contact.
