PUNK & ITS AFTERSHOCKS Has anyone seen this video? It contains really amazing footage of early Madness. I'm guessing it's circa 1982. (Carl's dancing is outrageous! Who is the guy he is head-butting? Looks like the dancer from one of their vids....) I'd be interested to know if anyone knows date / venue information, etc. about Madness' performance in this one. I believe my copy is a German reissue - dated 1992.
