I was disapointed with The Business because of all the talking. Some of what people
said was interesting and some wasn't, and I'm okay with that, but I'd rather they put
all the talk on a separate interview disk so I could choose whether I wanted to listen
to talk or music. I find myself listening to "It's Madness" and "It's Madness, too"
more than The Business because when I want to listen to music, I want to listen to
*music*, not music interspersed with talk.
I read someplace (here I go with the vague references again) that we owe "It's
Madness" for the 90's resurgence in popularity of the Mads. Virgin gave this little
no-name lable permission to put out "It's..." to be sold cheap in grocery stores and
gas stations and such, because VIrgin had lost interest in a band that was over, as
far as they were concerned. Much to everyone's suprise "It's..." sold amazingly well
so Virgin realized the ol' horse wasn't dead yet, which lead to them putting out
"Divine".
