I have both the plastic and paper 2 tone versions of The Prince, middles not
sleeves.....the silver (plastic) one was one I ordered from a record shop
around 80/81 and my brother also picked up like this a few years
later.....so at a guess I would say that after the initial run of paper
middles the following presses of the single were with this plastic middle, I
vaguely remeber seeing a plastic (shiny) sleeve, but this might be my
imagination.   As far as I remember the paper 2-tone came with both a 2-tone
holed sleeve or a standard white paper sleeve, whereas the plastic middle
seemed to always come in a 2 tone holed sleeve.

Sorry if I've confused the orginal issue.
