Hi All,
I have to agree with everyone else on this issue. When I started to get into
Madness and their music the only ones I could hear where the officla CD's.
However, during my year and a half on the list I have gotten to hear various
diffrent performances and apperances of Madness live thanks to varoius
members of the list, like Andy for example, and their kindness in copy tapes
and videos. So I would not publicaly like to thank Andy Clayden, Jenny
Payne, Simsey and anyone else who has helped me bulid up my Madness
collection. This list is for Madness fans and fans like to hear more than
just the CD's out in the shops. They like something a bit different. So
stuff these bootlegers who like to make a profit out of true Madness fans
like us.
On a different note, I would just like to say that I was watching "The Kenny
Everett Television Show" on the Paramount Comedy Channel and his special
musical guest where Madness. They performed "Cardiac Arrest", a first cause
I never seen the boys perform it other than on a concert shown on foriegn
telly (Ta Andy!). Anyway they seemed to be having a right laugh as they all
put down there instruments, expect Woody, and started to dance about they
stage. It's was great!
Anyway, dont't forget "Young Guns Go For It" coming soon as well as Carl on
"I Love 1979", probably to do with the Ska rivival! It looks to be a pretty
Mad month for us UK maddies.
Mad Thanks,
Si
