1. The original version of "If I didn't care" from the 1930's is the tune to a Vaseline tv advert in Ireland at the moment!!! 2. On a new episode of "Never Mind The Buzzcocks", Phil Jupitus mentioned a Madness gig that he was playing at Bournemouth last December, while telling a story about Boy George. That episode is on at 9 o'clock tonight on BBC2. 3. Some of you might remember a few months back a guy on Channel 4's programme "Top 10 boybands ever" saying "we don't want Boyzone coming back in 20 years time like Madness". The fool in question is Louis Walsh, the man responsible for poison and shitlife.........sorry Boyzone and Westlife. Well, I just read yesterday that he has signed a deal to launch the comeback of Lulu (complete with zimmerframe)by getting her to do an album of cover versions with top acts because it worked with Tom Jones. I think the word "Hypocrite" comes to mind. 4. What is the plan for meeting up on saturday? Scatty, Swanny, Mountain Boy?????????? 5. I don't know how the boy does it but subscribers to George Marshall's Pulped magazine can buy "Wonderful" for �9. Not that it's really relevant to us..... 6. "It Must be Love" is being used as an advert on MTV for a new love cd on which it appears entitled "L'amour". 7. I find it funny that VH1 are using "One Step Beyond" as part of their 80's adverts. Are we not a year out of date, boys? 8. Finally, the night after Brixton quite a few of us ended up somehow, in a private party for three members of Blur in Kentish Town. A lot of us came to the conclusion that Graham Coxon the guitarist was an ignorant twat. Well, I also read recently that he was thrown out of the famous Stringfellows nightclub because Peter Stringfellow reckoned he was a right obnoxious young man.
