Speaking from New York here, I've really got to ask what this facination is
with having cell phones playing songs. Here there are just so many people
in such a tight spot that ringing cell phones are a real nuisance. If I
take a train home after work, I don't want to hear someone's cell phone
playing Yankee Doodle, Mary Had a Little Lamb or Night Boat to Cairo for
that matter. I just want the person to answer the phone quickly, keep the
call brief and hang up so as not to annoy others around (but me
specifically, of course). Is this any different in the UK/Europe? Do you
all just sit there and let the phone play a whole song before answering?

Perplexed,
Jeff
