Evening all, I know many of you here are subscribed to the weekly MIS Online Bulletins, so I think this is a relevant posting. I've received reports from a number of subscribers informing me that they have not received last night's bulletin. I have also been in touch with other subscribers, who tell me they received it without any problems. The problem is being looked into at the moment, and it is hoped that it can be sorted out as soon as possible. At this stage it isn't clear if it is a list server problem, or something to do with hotmail (and possibly a few other) ISPs.
