A new law allowing loaded guns in national parks and wildlife refuges will not take effect until next year, the Obama administration said. President Barack Obama signed the gun law without comment Friday as part of a measure creating new rules for the credit-card industry. A spokeswoman for the Interior Department said that because the credit-card law won't take effect for nine months, the gun measure also would be delayed. Spokeswoman Kendra Barkoff said Interior will follow Congress' directive and put the firearms law into effect in late February 2010. If the Smokey the Bear rangers catch you packin' heat they may take it from away from you and call for the local U.S. Marshall. He'll probably arrest you for violation of the gun law currently effective in national park -- and it isn't the new one signed into law by Herr Barky - and you'll end up facing a federal grand jury charged with violation of Public Law Worse yet, because the president and Attorney General Holder and the Secretary of Home Security have made it clear through their public statements that they are dead set against private ownership of firearms and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Nepolitano has called military veterans and Americans who promote the U.S. Constitution potential terrorists, you might end up being accused by the Obama administration of engaging in homeland terrorism as defined in U.S.A. Patriot Acts I and II. Then, under the authority of the Military Commission Act of 2006, you could be designated as an unlawful combatant by the Obama administration. Once that was accomplished, federal officers would blindfold you, drive you immediately to a local airport, and chain you down inside an awaiting CIA Lear Jet. The jet would fly you to Egypt or some other Middle East nation where torture is legal and practiced by skilful interrogators; you would be out of jurisdiction of U.S. courts. In Egypt, you would surely be water boarded, beaten daily and hung from your cell ceiling using chains and left hanging overnight to elicit your confession of being a terrorist and unlawful combatant. All of this attention would be provided for you through the courtesy of President's George W. Bush, who got the whole "fly over" and "harsh interrogation" thing going and Barack Obama, who has authorized continuance of this jet flights into mistreatment and agony. To make these transfers seem like luxury jet passenger flights to exotic vacation lands for the American sheeple, of course, both White House regimes have chosen to call them "extraordinary renditions", hoping that the gullibles will associate the rendition part with variations on a musical themes played by an on-plane band. Does this description of what could happen to you should you violate any federal law seem impossible, even unbelievable? Sorry to bust your bright red balloon, but everything I described is legal under Federal statutes and public law passed by the Congress and signed into law by President George W. Bush. Those cells are the same as the ones may await the rebellious folks among us should we give President Obama too many cross-eyed looks when he speaks before open groups or have one of scores of existing challenges to his qualifications for the presidency be acted upon and ruled in our favor by the U.S. Supreme Court in open session. Too bad for us, we are now living in the New Amerika, where might is right now and where, in the words of former President George W. Bush, spoken at the White house in 2005, "Don't bother me with the Constitution.It's just a goddamn piece of paper!" Just how long do the American people intend to remain in this state of bondage? When do we intend to take positive steps to break out and restore our republic? What are the positive steps we can take to do this, starting this hour and this day? I believe that the journey back to personal liberty starts by looking into the bathroom mirror and asking, "What steps can I take right now to put myself on the journey back."
